Training a Stallion to the Phantom

Training a stallion to collect on a phantom takes patience and keen observation of the stallion's behavior. How quickly the stallion will learn depends on:

• his past breeding experinces
• his libido
• his "personality"
• the handlers patience
• having a mare in estrus

Most stallions learn to collect without an estrus mare by the phantom within 6 training sessions. The following movies will show training two different stallions.
