Welcome!

Welcome to Bucky’s Butchery, a student-employed meat processing facility on the UW-Madison campus. The students here cut and process a wide variety of meat products. Some of the favorites are our bacon, specialty smoked sausages, and Bucky’s Hot Sticks. But we also carry the classics like pork chops, ribeye steaks, and a variety of roasts. If you want to stock your freezer, we also sell beef and pork sides along with whole lambs, cut to order. Check out our product list but keep in mind, our primary function is to serve the goals of the department’s teaching, research and extension activities, so our supply will vary. Our prices are competitive and change based on meat and livestock prices.
