Development of Sexed Semen Production in Mexico

Introduction

This is up to you but develop a case story related to implementation of Sex Semen Production in Mexico for cattle. You will need to decide where, what breeds, what are the possible limitations or benifits of sex semen in Mexico. Make it sound like a story that leads you to solve a problem.

• Produce a series of webpages or webpages + a podcast that solve the case.  You must think of how to lead your reader/listener on your quest to a solution.
• Produce an audio public service announcement that stresses a sense of urgency to developing a cost effective supply of sexed semen for Mexico.  Indicate to the public the possible consequences or ramification of inaction or remaining complacent.  Include what you consider to be a possible resolution.

Assessment Plan

The instructor will be using a standard rubric to evaluate the final products and submission of progress elements as found in the timeline of activities.  Participation in the project will be evaluated from the student evaluation of themselves and others in the group.  Each member receives the same grade for the project except if participation is found to be lacking.  In the event some member does not contribute equally to the overall project (they may do separate parts and that is ok but overall must put in similar effort), then deductions to their grade will be made.  No student however can receive a grade better than what the final products are deemed to be worth by the instructor.
