Ron Russell

Faculty Supervisor: Ron Russell
Ron supervises the students and all the activities that go on within the Meat Lab. He teaches several courses in meat science in addition to coaching the UW Meat Animal Evaluation Team.

   
Robby Fabrication Superintendent: Robby Weyker
Robby's duties in the Lab include cutting sides of beef, pork and lamb into steaks, roasts and chops for you to enjoy. Robby is a senior majoring in Dairy Science from Belgium, WI.
Jordan & Clayton Processing Superintendents: Jordan Matthews & Clayton Wohlk
Jordan and Clayton oversee the production of all processed products including summer sausage, ground beef and the ever popular Jordan & Clayt's Hot Sticks. Jordan and Clayton are both seniors majoring in Dairy Science. Jordan is from Watertown, WI and Clayton is from Almena, WI.
Ann Store Superintendent: Ann Huenink
Ann's responsibilities revolve around getting everything set up for the store each Friday. Ann is a senior majoring in Dairy Science and Agricultural Journalism from Cedar Grove, WI. Ann is currently studying abroad in Chile, South America.
Ginger

Store Superintendent: Ginger James
Ginger and Ann work together to oversee the store each week. Ginger is a Seinor from Darlington, WI majoring in Animal Science and Agricultural Journalism. Ginger is currently studying abroad in Chile, South America.

Laura Laura Bahn - Laura is a senior majoring in Dairy Science and Ag Business Management from Berlin, WI.
Andy M Andy Mulrooney - Andy is a junior majoring in Ag Business Management and Agricultural and Applied Economics from Bagley, WI.
Sally Sally Turpin - Sally is a junior from Hillsboro, WI and is majoring in Animal Sciences and Agronomy.
