| Processing Superintendents: Jordan Matthews & Clayton Wohlk Jordan and Clayton oversee the production of all processed products including summer sausage, ground beef and the ever popular Jordan & Clayt's Hot Sticks. Jordan and Clayton are both seniors majoring in Dairy Science. Jordan is from Watertown, WI and Clayton is from Almena, WI. |
